Delivery
Delivery time-frame can vary depending on the items you have ordered and/or the address specified for delivery.
On average, Standard Pallet deliveries are delivered within approximately 2-7 working days from when an order is placed.
Smaller deliveries that do not require a pallet service take on average, 2-3 working days from when an order is placed.
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible but sometimes due to stock levels or other unforeseen reasons, delays can occur.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and link to tracking. You will receive further emails once your order has been dispatched by our specialist warehouse team.
We strongly advise that you do not book plumbers until your goods have arrived and have been checked, as we are not liable for any plumbers’ costs, consequential loss or compensation in any way.
Do you offer a next day delivery service?
We offer a next-day delivery service to UK mainland delivery addresses on all items currently in stock at our distribution warehouse. Available delivery options will appear once you have calculated your delivery postcode on stage 2 of the checkout. Orders must be fully completed, and all terms and conditions agreed to by no later than 12:00 pm.
We will then aim to deliver your order the next working day. Please remember: We advise customers not to book tradespeople based on the estimated delivery dates.
Do you offer an installation service?
Unfortunately, we do not offer an installation service. We recommend booking a professional to install purchased goods.
My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?

Something is missing from my order.
If you have received an incorrect item, please let us know within 48 hours.
How does the standard delivery work?

For larger orders arriving on a pallet, the courier will call you in advance to arrange a suitable day for delivery.
All delivery charges are inclusive of VAT and Standard Delivery is available free of charge on all orders over £499 (excl. apply), to UK mainland delivery addresses. Entering your postcode into the ‘Calculate Delivery’ form within the checkout will provide you with further information. Regarding orders which contain numerous items, only one shipping fee will be charged based on the total weight of the goods.
We use a selection of couriers to enable us to provide you with the best possible delivery service and price for your selected delivery type.

Can I Collect My Order Instead?
You can collect your order from our Chorley Showroom. At checkout select ‘In Store Pickup’ We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
If you happen to reside in an area that is considered to be ‘remote’ by our couriers, you may incur additional delivery charges.

We are happy to announce our international delivery service for our overseas customers. Larger orders to countries we ship to will have an option allowing you to request a quote. The quote will be made available to you within 24 hours. Our trade team will contact you to discuss this. Smaller orders will calculate automatically.
If you do not see your location or country listed in the checkout process, we may still be able to ship to you. Please drop us an email at sales@bathroomfurnituresupplies.co.uk and include your Unique Basket Code (click ‘Save & Email Basket’ in the My Basket page to generate this) and Location.
Free Standard Delivery is available to most of the UK on orders over £499 (note: some exclusions apply). Please enter your delivery postcode into the ‘Calculate Delivery’ form during the checkout process for more information).
All delivery charges are inclusive of VAT. The total delivery charge will be displayed prior to confirming your order based on your postcode and size of order.
All Items are available to be collected from the store, though please be aware items cannot normally be collected on the same day as ordering.
Next Working Day items ordered must all be items currently in stock and held at our distribution warehouse. Orders must be fully completed and terms and conditions agreed to no later than 12 noon for a next day service. Please note: For a Next Day Saturday service, goods should be ordered by 12 noon. For larger pallet items on any order date, orders must be placed and accepted before 12 noon. Please note UK Bank Holidays will impact next-day service.
Day Specific Delivery enables customers to select a specific day on which they require their goods to be delivered; this service is not available on all locations or types of delivery.
Courier Delivery
- For parcel deliveries, we will use a courier service.
- The standard parcel service time scale is an estimated 2-10 working days.
- We have next day, day specific and Saturday option which you can choose at the time of placing your order (UK Mainland only).
- Each item will be carefully packaged and distributed to our courier after being dispatched from our warehouse.
Pallet Delivery
- A pallet service is required on larger items.
- The standard pallet service time scale is an estimated 2-10 working days.
- We have next day, day specific and Saturday option which you can choose at the time of placing your order (UK Mainland only).
- When your order is processed and given to our courier, you will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date.
- Our standard pallet service offers delivery to the kerbside, couriers will not be able to move pallets or goods inside the property.
